International Deliveries
For International delivery - at checkout, please select the International Delivery option when placing your order. International delivery is £15.50. We are sorry but this is the price of international delivery through Royal Mail.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase. If however any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in perfect unused condition with original packaging, within 30 days for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We strongly recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your items. Wallababies cannot be held liable for the cost of returned items or lost parcels.
Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge (unless the entire order was cancelled within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods). For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge.
