So we can be sure of stocking your exact requirements before any payment is made, we will call you for payment after you have placed your order. We hope this does not cause too much inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding. In the mean time, you can order in a number of ways.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, however for your own security and protection, please do not send your credit card details in the post or by e-mail.

By Phone
As we are run from home, there is usually someone to take your call at any reasonable hour of the day. The advantage of this is you can speak to us from 8am till as late as 10pm; the disadvantage of this is that we may be changing nappies or doing the playgroup run when you call! If this is the case, then please leave you details on the ansafone, and we will call you back ASAP, or at a convenient time for you. You can call and either order with your card details, or place an order and forward a crossed cheque or postal order in the post for the full amount made payable to WALLABABIES. Please no post dated cheques.
For your first order, we will require cheques to be cleared before dispatching your goods, however we will honour all subsequent orders by cheque and dispatch asap after reciept, providing the total cost of the order does not exceed £50.00.* In all cases, please write your full name and adress on the reverse of the cheque.

By Post or Email. Please see the above rules relating to payments by cheque.
Although you cannot currently pay online, you can still place an order. Just add items that you wish to purchase into your basket and submit your order. We will then check the items we have in stock and contact you by phone for a payment method.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD DETAILS VIA EMAIL!

Postage and packaging
Postage and packing is free to all addresses within the UK on all orders over £15.00. (Some special offers may be excluded from this, see individual offer for more info).For orders under £15.00, postage is charged at a flat rate of £1.00. All other countries will be quoted for individually depending on the size of the order. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail.

If you require special delivery, please talk to us. Providing your order is in stock, it will be sent within 2 working days after your order is taken. If we can not meet your requirements straight away, we will inform you of how long your order will take. Because we do not charge for packing, and in order to keep down costs and minimise wastage, where possible much of our packaging will be re-cycled (ie re-used). Therefore please do not be alarmed by the appearance of your parcel, after all, its not just the re-using of Nappies we are passionate about!

* Your first cheque will need to clear before you order is sent. Your following cheques will not need to clear, however only one cheque at a time will be treated this way.
